The welcome hamper was a delightful surprise, and the view of the sea was breathtaking. Despite some dampness in the front bedroom, the central heating kept us cozy during the bad weather. we highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spending Christmas at this cozy cottage was the best decision we made! It had everything we needed - from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfy bed. Plus, the location was perfect for us. Just a short walk to the park and beach, and the local shop had a great variety of products. And let's not forget the stunning view of the sea from the cottage, it was absolutely breathtaking!
There were a couple of minor downsides. First, it was a bit challenging to dry our wet clothes and shoes despite the covered porch and central heating.

Stayed in a holiday home with a garden and free WiFi. Wow, I felt like a real explorer with all the hiking and diving activities nearby. Also, a restaurant, so I didn't have to cook. Perfect!
Slight smell of dog. Must have been a fancy breed.

The Fishermans Cottage in Killough was the perfect budget getaway for me. The room had a cozy vibe and felt like a home away from home. The bed linen was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I loved the one bathroom, as it meant I never had to wait in line for a shower in the morning. I felt relaxed and at ease during my stay.
I personally found the one bathroom a bit limiting, but I understand that others might not mind it.

The value for our stay at Fishermans Cottage was excellent; we felt like we got way more than what we paid for. The room was clean, cosy, and had beautiful sea views. The staff, especially Geraldine, treated us like family and took care of every detail.
While the breakfast selection was good, it could have been improved with more variety.
